"Not worth it this time"
I was disappointed with this order. The vegetables didn’t seem fresh at all, and the fruits were already soft when they arrived. For what I paid, I expected much better quality.

"First impression of support wasn’t great"
My first impression of their support wasn’t very good. I had an issue with my order and it took quite a while for customer service to get back to me. When they did respond, the answers felt basic, and I ended up having to explain the same thing more than once. The issue did get fixed in the end, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I ordered a few basic groceries from bigbazaar.com, but when the delivery came, half the items were not what I had actually selected. Some were different brands, and one item was missing altogether. It felt like a bit of a bait and switch because I picked specific products, paid for the order, and then got whatever they decided to send. Customer support was really slow and only kept saying they would check, with no proper solution. Super frustrating for such a simple grocery order. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Decent visit, but staff could be MORE helpful"
I went to Big Bazaar last week, and the experience was kind of mixed. A couple of the staff members were polite, but a few seemed like they weren’t really interested in helping. I had to ask twice just to find one item, and the answers I got were short. The person at the billing counter was nice though, which helped a bit. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, but the staff definitely needs to be more welcoming and helpful

My order showed up with items missing, and when I contacted support, they just kept passing me around and wasting my time. the whole thing felt like dealing with a bunch of clowns who had no interest in actually fixing the problem.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer care, but it feels like they take forever to respond. I still haven’t gotten a proper answer from them, it’s getting frustrating. Not sure if it’s just me or if others have had the same experience?

"Substitution roulette, every time"
I ordered groceries and, surprise surprise, about half my cart showed up as random swaps I never approved. Some were cheaper brands too, which is always a fun little bonus when you still get charged the same or have to spend time chasing support. If something’s out of stock, just refund it. I promise I wasn’t secretly hoping for mystery groceries.

"Damaged stuff and zero real help"
I got my order from bigbazaar.com it was disappointing. Two items showed up damaged, one packet was leaking, and another box was totally crushed.
I sent photos and raised a complaint, but they just kept asking me for the same details again and again. Still no refund or replacement, which is super annoying. Definitely not ordering from them again.

"Canceling worked, but it took a bit"
I was able to cancel my order without any trouble, but the refund literally took longer than I expected. It did come through in the end, just a bit slower than I’d hoped.

"Feels overpriced, and support didn’t help"
Lately it just doesn’t feel worth the price. The prices seem higher than before, and the deals really aren’t that great anymore. I reached out to support hoping they could explain or help, but it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not understanding the offers instead of actually addressing the issue

I ordered groceries from bigbazaar.com and it was such a frustrating experience. The delivery kept getting pushed back again and again, and there was barely any proper update. What annoyed me even more was that everything felt automated, no real human contact or anyone actually explaining what was going on. I had to call support twice just to get some basic information. When the order finally arrived, a few items were missing too. Definitely not ordering from here again.

"Wish I could’ve checked out more easily"
I tried to place an order, but the payment options were really limited. My card kept getting declined for some reason, and there wasn’t a simple wallet option to use instead. I actually wanted to buy, but after messing with it for a while, I just got frustrated and left the site. Kind of regret wasting the time on it.

I tried ordering groceries twice, and both times the items looked available at first, only to magically disappear from my order later. The substitutions were random too, which was a fun little surprise I definitely didn’t ask for. It feels like a waste of time checking the site when half the stuff isn’t actually there. Please update the stock properly so people know what they can actually buy.

"Refund took forever and wasted my energy"
I ordered from bigbazaar.com and ended up having to cancel, but getting the refund back was such a slow process. They kept saying it would come soon, but it took days, and I had to keep checking over and over like I had nothing better to do. it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but chasing a refund like that just wastes so much time and energy. They really need to speed this up.

"Couldn’t Even Get Into My Account"
I tried logging in multiple times, but it just kept failing and the account page never actually opened. Frustrating experience overall, if I can’t even access my account, I wouldn’t recommend using it.

"The discounts looked good at..."
The discounts looked good at first, so I figured I’d give them a try. But when I got to checkout, most of them either didn’t apply or had a bunch of confusing conditions I didn’t notice before. I even reached out to support and got what felt like a copy-paste reply that didn’t really help, which just made it more frustrating. I was expecting to save some money, but it mostly just wasted my time

When my order showed up, the box was crushed and everything inside was just loose. To me, it felt like not much care went into packing it, which was disappointing. The items might be okay, but the way it arrived definitely didn’t leave a good impression
